History

The Monterotti salami factory specializes in the production of cured meats derived from pigs reared in our pristine lands in the Marche region, all characterized by excellent quality.

We produce the beginnings of our business, more than forty years ago, hams, salami, salami of wild boar, pork, loin, ciauscolo igp and other sausages so as to be transformed the name of the salumificio in synonymous with quality assurance and perfect seasoning professionalism. All the most requested products are those that give them the flavors that technology can never approach.

The traditional pork is prepared with balanced and tasty ingredients, after which it is cooked slowly in the old oven to obtain a fragrant product with few fats, as happens in the production of all our other sausages: tasty yes, but always with a special care to health in such a way as to be able to use these whims of greedy daily.
